Remembering Consciousness is a collection of eight heart-centered workshops that helps us expand awareness, shift perspective, and reconnect with our inner wisdom. Self-Awareness is the foundation of the entire Remembering Consciousness series. In this workshop, we learn how to bring our awareness into the present moment, feel our bodies, quiet the mental noise, and observe ourselves with curiosity instead of judgment. Through simple, powerful practices, we rediscover choice, rebuild inner stability, and reconnect with the deeper “observer” within us.
Truth Is Rainbow teaches us to shift perspective, expand awareness, and release the need for absolute truth. We learn to move our focal point, hold multiple truths, and see life through a multidimensional, heart-centered lens. This workshop brings clarity, freedom, and a softer way of understanding reality.
Living in the Heart teaches us how to shift awareness from the mind into the center of our being. Through grounding, visualization, and gentle energy practices, we reconnect with inner balance, soften emotional blocks, and learn to open the heart through love instead of effort. This workshop helps us build inner safety, expand our capacity to receive, and return to the heart as our natural home.
The Gift & Burden of Empathy teaches us how to feel clearly without absorbing. In this workshop, we learn why sensitive people pick up emotions, pain, and energy from others — and how to release what isn’t ours. Through grounding, body awareness, and real-time emotional processing, we practice staying full of our own light, letting feelings move through us, and using empathy as an empowered intuitive tool instead of a source of overwhelm.
Self-Healing & Ascension teaches us how to bring awareness into the body, understand pain as a message, and shift from victimhood into empowerment. Through guided body-scanning, curiosity, and intuitive listening, we learn to stop feeding the problem and start choosing the healed state. This workshop helps us process discomfort, release judgment, and access the deeper guidance within.
Non-Meditation Awareness teaches us that meditation isn’t silence or emptying the mind — it’s simply learning to notice. In this workshop, we explore breathwork, grounding, sensory awareness, and practical tools for training the mind in everyday life. Through guided exercises, we learn how to reset the nervous system, stay centered, and build presence anywhere, anytime.
Conscious Change & Co-Creation teaches us how to navigate transformation with awareness, intention, and energetic alignment. Through guided practices, visualizations, and heart-centered awareness, we learn to stop resisting change, raise our vibration, and feel the frequencies of what we want to create. This workshop helps us float, trust, release the old, and co-create our next chapter with clarity and love.
Releasing Anxiety & Depression teaches us how to interrupt emotional feedback loops and return to the present moment. Through grounding, breath, solar-plexus awareness, and joyful repatterning, we learn how to settle the nervous system, dissolve emotional tension, and reconnect with clarity, safety, and balance.
