About Energy Healing:

Energy healing is the process of bringing our awareness to the subtle energy flowing through our bodies (our life-force energy) and returning it to its free-flowing and balanced state.

We activate, balance, and upgrade our chakras, meridians, and pathways. We activate, balance, and upgrade our connection to channels of Divine Love, including God, Goddess, Source, and Universe. We heal our relationship to ourselves, including our Higher Selves and Oneness.

We upgrade our DNA, open our Hearts, raise our vibration, expand our awareness, and EVOLVE Consciousness.

Everything is Energy: Energy is Everything. This includes your body, mind, and spirit. This includes your consciousness and your multi-dimensional nature. This includes your own life-force energy.

Energy is Neither Created nor Destroyed: It moves in all directions and in all dimensions. It is constantly changing in form, vibration, and frequency. This energy creates matter, structures, and reality as we know it. We are the co-creators of our existence by focusing this energy.

Energy Moves through our Bodies: We generally refer to these as meridians or energy pathways. Because this energy creates our bodies, emotions, thoughts, and actions, this energy must be able to move through our bodies in a balanced way. When this energy gets blocked, our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual self health goes out of balance.

Energy Converges at several points within the Body: We call these points Chakras, or Energy Centers. There are seven primary chakras within the body, each representing an ingredient to achieve a balanced life. As we practice restoring balance to these chakras, and continuing to keep them in balance, we can restore balance to lives.

During an energy healing session, we may:
