3rd: Core Exercises

Well, you don’t need me to tell you that exercising is good for you. Everyone else does that for me! But what I can tell you is that core exercises help balance the chakras in your core, primarily your third chakra!

Exercises such as sit-ups, planks, and kettle-bell swings help you engage and strengthen your core, all the while, bringing your awareness to that area of your body and learning more about it. It’s not always a cognitive understanding of your body, but often subtle energy awareness. Your energy system learns how to move, supply, reinforce, repair, and enhance the energy your third chakra needs to support your self-worth and power.
