Try stomping your feet to balance your first chakra!

My first tip or trip for balancing your first chakra is to stop your feet! This helps you to feel your feet and activate the secondary chakras on the bottom of your feet. This is important for several reasons.

First, we want to connect to the Earth, aka this spaceship we are flying through the solar system on, so we don’t float away. if you were an astronaut, would you remember to pack your space-boots? We want to access the beautiful energy from Mother Earth, bring it up through our feet and into our heart.

The second reason is that your feet are the farthest point away from your brain and your racing thoughts. Stomping your feet helps direct some of that energy from overthinking towards being in the present moment. What do your feet feel like? Are they cozy in a pair of fuzzy slippers? Are they tired from being in dress shoes all day? Or are they completely happy from splashing in puddles?
